✅ Step-by-Step ESIC Portal Registration
🔹 Step 1: Visit the ESIC Portal
Go to 👉 https://www.esic.in
Click on “Employer Login” in the top menu
🔹 Step 2: Sign Up as a New Employer
On the login page, click on “Sign Up” (for first-time users)
Enter the following:
Employer/Establishment Name
Email ID
Mobile number
You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials
🔹 Step 3: Log In to Employer Portal
Use the username and password from the email
Go to “New Employer Registration”
🔹 Step 4: Fill Employer Registration Form (Form-1)
Enter required information:
Company name and address
Type of business and ownership (proprietorship, partnership, etc.)
Number of employees
Wage details
PAN, bank info
Date of business commencement
🔹 Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Documents you may need to upload:
Registration certificate (Shops & Establishment/GST/Factory license)
PAN (Company and Employer)
Address proof of establishment
Bank details (Cancelled cheque or bank statement)
Employee details (names, Aadhaar, salary)
🔹 Step 6: Submit Application
Review and confirm all entries
Submit the registration request
🔹 Step 7: Receive ESIC Registration Number
After submission:
You will receive a 17-digit ESIC Registration Number
This number identifies your establishment under the ESIC scheme
🔹 Step 8: Post-Registration
Register employees under ESIC
Generate their PeHchan (ESI) Cards
Start monthly ESI contributions and returns
